One of the plots we manage is situated in the Deir Harf village in Mount Lebanon. It hosts a variety of fruit and nut trees including pine as well as an olive orchard. It is operated using integrated pest management techniques and we have included poultry farming for egg production and recycling of all farm waste via our very own locally manufactured solar aerobic composter.
